It makes me sad because my husband's family is traced to Sweden. I would like to see freedom for Homeschoolers as well as for Christian pastors. Definately praying for them over there.

I figured it out. Turns out my BeSecure Filter was blocking vimeo.com. I allowed the site, but the homepage had at least on questionable video title. I'm not planning on visiting the site itself, but will disallow it after watching the video just so my kids don't accidentally access the site.

I loved his answer for the socialization question! This is the one everyone - who is apprehensive about homeschooling -comes back to when all of their other questions have been answered successfully. For those question pertaining to homeschool and college. I withdrew from public school when I was a sophomore and homeschooled myself my junior/senior year which was combined into one year because I only needed one and a half credits for my senior year. Anyhow, I had NO problem getting into college. I am still going and I am eligible for grants, loans, and scholarships. Do your research and the help and answers are out there. This is an awesome program. =)

Praying for the family in Sweden. I get a lot of these same questions all the time...I think people are just naturally curious. A lot of the older people I come in contact with seem to think it is absolutely great. Most people want to know who I answer to...and in the state of Texas I can say no one but myself and God :)

I will never ever visit Sweden! What they are doing should be against human rights, isn't it? absolutely ridiculous.

good info.... would like to hear more questions answered in the future ... things like, "are you seriously doing high school, your child will never get into college"
