Providing Resources to Equip and Inspire your Home School

She had grown accustomed to her veil. She could hide in plain sight. When she had first placed the fine cloth over eyes she had felt like a princess rather than a mere, servant girl. And now, he was taking that veil away. Where could she hide? He would see the real her. Would he still find her special?

They were alone now. The crowd's noise seemingly faded off in the distance. He smiled and gently lifted her veil. He was to be her covering now. She need not have been afraid. For the look on his face was one of pure joy. He looked upon her as one being touched inwardly with some radiant beauty. He leaned over as she tilted up her chin. He loved her! There was no doubt now. Only sweet assurance!

Travel back to a Temple and amd look upon another veil. A groom who became a sacrifice. A love that could not be stopped. A veil removed and a Glory like no other revealed in the Heavenlies! Through Messiah Jesus, the veil is lifted.

Mark 15:38

King James Version (KJV)

38 And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom

Prayer Affirmation:

Today, we go forward, eyes tilted up...Your loving face to look to upon us. No fear now, only love!

There were so many ways to go with this topic, but this is the one that came to me most. I never had access to the Father, until I came through the Son Jesus Christ. It just seems so all connected in imagery that blesses the soul so much. Thank you for enjoying it with me!

I like how you compare the wedding veil that the groom pulls back, and the Temple veil, which gives us access to our Groom, Jesus!
