Those are all good questions you have re: Homeschooling – The best advice I can give is to read the “FAQs” (Tab) section where I’m sure you’ll get all the necessary information you’ll need on *how to get started in homeschooling?*

It is important to obtain a copy of your state's law pertaining to home education. HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association) offers a free summary of your state's home-school law. HSLDA advises members of their rights, deals with school officials, and advocates the right of parents to teach their children at home in the courts, in congress, in state legislatures, and in the media.

The other most important thing you can do is to get feedback from those who have had done it in the past, or are presently homeschooling like in your church. I cannot and should not give you my personal advice, due to the fact that I’m not a Parent just yet, but if I was, I would most definitely be ‘homeschooling’ my children nowadays – I know this must be a surprise for you, about my concerns, when I don’t even have kids of my own, but that is just my passion, to be able to inform others about important issues.

Please take the time to read carefully about your rights pertaining to Home Education. The Homeschool Channel website is a great resource of information.
