I hope you will be blessed by what is shared in the "Homesteading / Survival Issues" group. I am also a member of that group, Lita.
I have been to Huntington Beach, but only as a visitor. At the time, our family lived in KY. I grew up in northeast Texas, and my parents knew a family who lived in Long Beach, ... so that's why I 'visited' Huntington Beach. I believe Richard "Little Bear" Wheeler (of Mantle Ministries in Bulverde, TX) said he used to surf, when young, at Huntington Beach. He grew up in Los Angeles, CA. ;o)
