Thank you so much for your encouragement. We are definitely leaning on the Lord for each new day and each decision that we need to make. I know that He is there for me and my children are looking to Him too. Although, I know that this separation has been a trial of their faith too. I am still leading them to Him knowing that He is the only answer for us!! I am thankful that they were still wanting to homeschool this year. We have a good group of homeschooling buddies around here, so that is helpful in many ways. We are at a new church too, and they seem very supportive of homeschoolers! :) I know that is not always the case!
Well, I just wanted to thank you for your support and writing to me. I look forward to getting to know you too.

I am actually very new to this site, but I have already gotten so much encouragement from it! i didn't know that you could have friend requests until you sent this to me. :) i am not the geekiest of all moms, but I am allowing the older kids to show me many things! :)
I have recently separated from my husband of 27 years due to major sin issues. We are all trying to adjust to our changed lives. I wasn't sure that I would be able to homeschool in the spring when all the changes were occurring, but God still is leading me in this direction. So, I am going to continue homeschooling until He shows me otherwise.
How many children do you have? I have 7. My oldest is married, my 2nd oldest is a police officer in our home county, I have twins who are at different levels of education. One just graduated from college, and the other one due to his change of majors, will be a junior this year in California. Then I have a 13, an 11, and a 7 year old still at home. How about your and your family?
