Welcome to Le Jardin des Papillions!
Our Butterfly Homeschool (Le Jardin des Papillions)
We have 3 kids in 2nd, 1st and pre-school grades. 2009-2010 is our 2nd official homeschool year.
We are loving it, though we have some tough/rough days, at times, like any other family.

We call our homeschool "The Butterfly Garden" (in French) because...
*we believe that children, like butterflies, become reach their highest potential as they strive / struggle to build up strong "brain muscles" so that once they're no longer around their parents, they can thrive
*we believe that butterflies truly symbolize freedom and beauty
*we believe that the process of metamorphosis into a new beginning, as believers in Christ Jesus, is fundamental and vital for all individuals, both now here on Earth and in the eternal hereafter
*we love French and other foreign languages and learning about people from diverse types of cultures and backgrounds
