Join The Homeschool Channel
I just now became a member of the homeschool channel. I enjoy MFW having some of the layout of plans done and the ability to add my own Math and Language Arts to it. This year we also added Apologia General Science for my 12 year old. This is the first year he has had science to do on his own. I think he is enjoying it a lot even though it is more texbookish than he is used to. My 9 yr old daughter is a little jealous of all the experiments he gets to do. Until Rome to the Reformation I thought the MFW science was a little weak. But this year even what they have included is more substantial, although I still add a little to it for her.
