Hi Maurine--Kindergarten is so FUN!!!  Horizon's Math is great!! I have used it all the way through 6 th grade. A great resource for Science and Geography is Enchanted Learning.com  You can buy a membership I think it is like $25 for a year but it has REALLY neat stuff.  However it is not Christian based...so when it talks about evolution we used it as a learning "what the world" is teaching and what is wrong with that....

Hi everyone:0) I'm new to Homeschooling and New to this site :) this year we are doing Kindergarten with my 5 year old son. I'm flying by the seat of my pants but I'm ready for an adventure:) We are using Hooked on Phonics for reading and writing and Horizon's math. As far as Science and Geography I'm just making up my own plans with the help of Google and Pinterest:) any  helpful resources or suggestions for me would be great.  I'm from Topeka!

I am in Hays, Kansas. Homeschooling my first year with a 4 1/2 yr. old daughter and 3 year old twins. Haven't started with the twins yet. I'm looking forward to meeting more Kansas families.

My husband and I are just beginning the homeschool journey with our 5 year old daughter.  We are very excited to see other Kansas homeschoolers and are hungry for your advice.  We live in Western Kansas so we are actually closer to Colorado conferences, but would LOVE to hear from Kansas homeschoolers too!

Hi! I'm Krissanna and we live in Erie. SE corner of KS. I have 2 sons, 18 and 15, and 1 daughter, 11. We are in a very small rural community. Few other homeschoolers to relate to. I'm looking forward to having someone to share with who understands us :)

Hello everyone! I live in Derby and have just completed my 15th year old homeschooling. I only have one left at home, a daughter, who will graduate next year. Not sure what I will do after that!
