Childhood Discipline- Spanking inquiry

Hi fellow homeschoolers,

Recently I was asked a simple question from a friend about spanking. I really didn't think much of the impact and I was mostly excited to write about my Dad who has since passed away....who did most of the spanking to raise me.

As a child I was part of the "Show-me" crowd so my parents had to use many forms of discipline=)  

This article I posted on "Linked-In" has brewed quite a discussion with parents trying to sort out this issue. I was amazed. Since I posted my views there I will refrain from repeating.
